The ‘Conquer Trauma and Own Your Shine’ Workshop is a transformative experience designed to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to cultivate a deeper understanding of trauma and how it might be impacting you and your overall well-being.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll embark on a profound but gentle exploration of your physiology (body) and psychology (cognitive/brain processes), guided by experienced facilitator Karina McCloud.

The workshop is a combination of learning the science of wellbeing, interactive exercises, group discussions, and strategic practices. You’ll be gently guided to develop awareness about your physiology, your psychology and your environments, and how these are triggering trauma based stressed responses.

By fostering self-awareness, you are better able to manage your thoughts, your emotions and other triggers that are impacting how you feel about you and the world around you.

By recognising habitual patterns and identifying the root causes of emotional responses and habits, you are more empowered to make conscious choices that align with your true values and aspirations. 

This workshop not only promotes self-reflection but also encourages practical strategies for self-care and stress/trauma reduction, ensuring that the newfound self-awareness translates into tangible improvements in daily life.

What to bring:

A tablet, laptop or mobile phone (If you don’t have any of these that’s ok, no worries.  You’ll be provided with hard copies of the online tools)

What to wear:

No skirts or dresses thanks.  You’ll be practicing gentle and low impact poses on a yoga mat.  Loose clothing or gym gear is advised.
